Claas VOLTO 800 TH / 900 T / 1100 T

Forage harvesting isn't a one size fits all process, that's why CLAAS offers the VOLTO tedders. Built to operate in a variety of crops and with different techniques, these tedders get large quantities of forage prepared for harvest. A working width of 25' 3" (7.7 m) up to 35' 1" (10.7 m) and drawbar or 2-point attachment make quick work in tight weather windows. Save time hooking and un-hooking the tedder with convenient drawbar hitching. The VOLTO 800 TH model is compatible with category 2 hitches to make attachment quick and painless. Make the most of precious time, get to the field, or attach to the next implement quicker.

The VOLTO 900 T and 1100 T have a 2-point attachment to secure the tedder behind the tractor. Tight turns during operation are possible with minimal lateral stresses to the PTO. Small adjustments to tine height are also made with the linkage arms.

All VOLTO trailed tedders are built for rapid transit between fields to save you time. The VOLTO 800 TH has larger tires and heavy-duty spindles on the center rotors (shown) to handle extra weight when the machine is folded for transport. The VOLTO 900 T and 1100 T have a transport chassis (not shown) that swings out of the crop flow during operation. During transport, the machine weight is planted on the large tires even at high speeds. Also when in the field position, the chassis does not impede crop flow, unlike competitive tedders.

The rotor gearboxes are permanently lubricated and sealed for maintenance-free operation. Continuous lubrication of the rotor drives handle extreme loads no matter the operating position.
