Raking for professionals.High-performing side delivery rakes for professional silage operations and custom harvesters that combine large widths of material into a single windrow. To avoid forage losses, the rotor overlap is adjustable from the tractor seat. The rotor chassis follows the ground closely, independently of the tractor or transport chassis position. High work speeds and top forage quality are what you can expect with the LINER side delivery rake. |
Switch from single to double swath.
With the TWIN function, choose between having one large windrow or two smaller windrows. LINER 1800 and 1700 TWIN are adjustable to crop conditions throughout the year, large volumes during first cutting are placed in windrows of manageable size for the baler or forage harvester. In latter cuttings with lower yields, one larger windrow is placed together or with a down and back double the crop is prepared for the following machine. Simply relocating the stop bolts on the telescopic booms sets the rotors in the correct position. |
Maximum maneuverability.
The pivoting headstock steers the rear wheels to follow in the same wheel tracks as the tractor. Up to an 80-degree angle can be made without damage to the driveline, allowing the rake to reach into tight corners and clean the entire field. By mechanically steering the rear tires, the rake also follows exceptionally well around corners during transport even at higher speeds |
Timed lifting.
A hydraulic sequence valve time delays the lifting and lowering of the front and rear rotors. Timing is adjustable based on the tractor's hydraulic flow rate to lift both rotors quickly when turning on headlands. |
Fast drying.
Depending on your needs, varying windrow shapes can be made with the LINER rake. Tall and narrow windrows take advantage of the wind to aid further drying. Comparatively, wide windrows maximize sun exposure for drying as well. Windrows from wide to narrow can be made easily by adjusting the position of the crop curtain next to the rotor. |
