Amazing Staff Christmas Party

Yesterday, the owners of Ag Authority treated us staff to a Christmas Party.  And it was an absolutely amazing, out-of-this-world experience.

First, the staff and spouses loaded two buses and headed for Saskatoon.  That’s not just a short trip; it’s about a two hour ride; each way.  Boring?  Hardly.  The bosses kept things entertaining with games, prizes, and best of all, homemade Christmas baking, and water/soda.

They also handed out an armful of cash to each employee, to use on a shopping spree that very afternoon.

Let the shopping begin

They dropped us off at a mall, then at a hunting/fishing store, with an opportunity to shop for almost four hours.

After shopping, in which practically everyone spent all their money from Ag Authority (and then some), we then were treated to a feast at a Brazilian Steakhouse, followed by special coffee drinks which we then enjoyed on the bus as we toured the Festival of Lights.  All in all, it was a grand afternoon and evening, and it was nice to get spoiled by the bosses again.
